Citrix StoreFront from MacOS Browsers

1. Open Safari and scan to https://storefront.lsuhsc.edu.
   
2. Click "Detect Receiver"
   
   
3. If you already have the Citrix Workspace installed on your Mac, you can Skip to Step 10 of this document.
   
4. If yous do non already have the Citrix Workspace installed on your Mac, StoreFront should prompt y'all to download it. Click inside the check box next to "I hold with the Citrix licence agreement." and then click "Download":

   

5. Safari will now start downloading "CitrixWorkspaceApp.dmg" – Double Click on the downloaded file to open the Disk Image:
   
6. Double click on "Install Citrix Receiver.pkg" and keep through the prompts by clicking
   • "Allow" so
   • "Continue", "Continue", "Concur", "Install"
   • DO Not check "Add Business relationship"
   • Click "Continue"
   • Click "Close"

     

7. Go back to the Safari browser page and click "Go on"

   

8. Then click "Let" when prompted to open "Citrix Workspace Launcher.app"

   

9. Click "Open up" if prompted to open the application for the first time
   
10. Yous should now meet the StoreFront logon dialog, shown below.  Simply log on with your typical LSUHSC User ID and password:

    

11. You will at present see your available Citrix desktop connections, like to the screenshot below:

    

    From the above you tin launch your Citrix desktop(s) merely by clicking their respective icons shown above.  If you have any standalone Citrix applications, you can click on the "APPS" button depicted above, and launch the application(s) in a similar way.

12. Once you are finished working in Citrix, be sure to log off your desktop(s) and close whatever Citrix apps.  And so, if you are still logged on to StoreFront, find the gear icon in the upper right corner of the StoreFront window, click on information technology, and select "Log off", equally depicted below:

1. Launch Google Chrome and browse to https://storefront.lsuhsc.edu.
   
2. Click "Observe Receiver"
   
   
3. If you already have the Citrix Workspace installed on your Mac, you can Skip to Footstep ten of this document.
   
4. If y'all exercise not already have the Citrix Workspace installed on your Mac, StoreFront should prompt you to download it. Click inside the check box next to "I concord with the Citrix licence agreement." and then click "Download":

   

5. Chrome will now start downloading "CitrixWorkspaceApp.dmg" – Double Click on the downloaded file to open the Disk Image:
   
6. Double click on "Install Citrix Receiver.pkg" and continue through the prompts by clicking
   • "Allow" and then
   • "Continue", "Continue", "Concord", "Install"
   • DO NOT cheque "Add Account"
   • Click "Continue"
   • Click "Shut"

     

7. Go back to the Chrome browser page and click "Go along"

   

8. Then check "E'er allow..." and "Open Citrix Workspace Launcher.app"

   

9. Click "Open" if prompted to open the application for the first time
   
10. Yous should now meet the StoreFront logon dialog, shown below.  Simply log on with your typical LSUHSC User ID and password:

    

11. You volition now see your available Citrix desktop connections, like to the screenshot beneath:

    

    From the in a higher place you can launch your Citrix desktop(s) merely by clicking their corresponding icons shown above.  If you lot have whatever standalone Citrix applications, you lot tin can click on the "APPS" button depicted in a higher place, and launch the application(s) in a similar way.

12. One time you are finished working in Citrix, be sure to log off your desktop(s) and close any Citrix apps.  And so, if you are still logged on to StoreFront, detect the gear icon in the upper right corner of the StoreFront window, click on it, and select "Log off", as depicted below:

1. Open Mozilla Firefox and browse to https://storefront.lsuhsc.edu.
   
2. Click "Notice Receiver"
   
   
3. If you already accept the Citrix Workspace/Receiver installed on your Mac, you can Skip to Step 10 of this certificate.
   
4. If yous practise not already have the Citrix Workspace installed on your Mac, StoreFront should prompt you to download information technology. Click inside the check box next to "I agree with the Citrix licence understanding." and so click "Download":

   

5. Click "OK"
   
6. Firefox will now start downloading "CitrixWorkspaceApp.dmg" – The Deejay Image should automatically open up.
   
7. Double click on "Install Citrix Receiver.pkg" and continue through the prompts by clicking
   • "Allow" then
   • "Continue", "Go on", "Agree", "Install"
   • DO NOT cheque "Add together Account"
   • Click "Continue"
   • Click "Close"

     

8. Go back to the Firefox browser page and click "Continue"

   

9. Then check "Always allow..." and click "Choose Application"

   

10. Click "Open Link"

    

11. Click "Open" if prompted to open the application for the first time
    
12. You should at present see the StoreFront logon dialog, shown below.  Only log on with your typical LSUHSC User ID and password:

    

13. You lot will now run into your available Citrix desktop connections, similar to the screenshot below:

    

    From the above you can launch your Citrix desktop(s) just by clicking their corresponding icons shown to a higher place.  If you lot have whatever standalone Citrix applications, yous can click on the "APPS" button depicted above, and launch the application(southward) in a similar way.

14. In one case you lot are finished working in Citrix, be sure to log off your desktop(s) and close any Citrix apps.  Then, if you are still logged on to StoreFront, find the gear icon in the upper correct corner of the StoreFront window, click on it, and select "Log off", as depicted below:
